Terms and Conditions for Profit & Mentorship Workshop
By registering for the Profit & Mentorship workshop, you agree to pay the full amount of $247 + HST (or $197 + HST if you register by October 1st, 2024, for the Early Bird Discount). Payment must be completed in full at the time of registration to secure your spot. Workshop spaces are limited to 40 participants, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
All registrations for the Profit & Mentorship workshop are non-refundable. Due to the limited number of spots available and the planning involved in hosting an in-person event, we are unable to offer refunds for any cancellations or no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual with prior approval from Profit & Lattes Inc. Please contact [email protected] to arrange a transfer.
Profit & Lattes Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, low registration numbers, or events beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all participants will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be provided. In the case of rescheduling, your registration will be transferred to the new date.
By participating in this workshop, you acknowledge that the information and guidance provided are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice. Profit & Lattes Inc. and its co-hosts, including Suzanne Chate, are not liable for any actions or decisions you make as a result of attending this workshop.
By attending the Profit & Mentorship workshop, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the event. Profit & Lattes Inc. reserves the right to use these photographs and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us prior to the event.
All materials, resources, and content provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of Profit & Lattes Inc. and its partners. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing any content without express written permission.
We strive to create a positive and productive environment for all attendees. By participating in the workshop, you agree to respect the other participants, facilitators, and the venue. Disruptive behavior or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
By completing your registration and making payment for the Profit & Mentorship workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
