KELLY HILL, CPA

Founder / Director, Chief Profit Architect

With over two decades in the financial sector, my experience ranges from working with startups to established corporations. As a CPA and former Financial Director at a large institution, I managed multimillion-dollar budgets and advised C-suite executives on strategic financial direction. I've also taught finance and accounting as a college professor. I started what was formerly known as Bluewater Virtual Business Solutions (BVBS), now Profit & Lattes, to offer financial management beyond traditional bookkeeping, helping coaches and creatives remove financial stress and focus on growth.

As your lead Financial Advisor & Strategist I am here to help your business thrive and become a trusted partner in your financial journey.

I recently graduated from Lambton College's Business Administration-Accounting program and am enrolled at Nipissing University's Bachelor of Commerce. Before returning to school, I worked in real estate and corporate law for five years, discovering my passion for business and entrepreneurship.

At Profit & Lattes I will help you with all things bookkeeping; from categorizing day-to-day transactions, following up on outstanding bills and invoices, reconciling your accounts, and providing monthly financial statements.
